I reserve the right to refuse any request that includes hate speech, harassment, or bigoted language (implied or overt). That said, this service does allow for strong language, including profanity, if it reflects the client’s tone and intention (e.g. ending a toxic friendship, confronting a pattern of mistreatment, etc).

I do not offer refunds if a message is rejected for violating this policy. Final judgment is at my discretion.
